REFUND POLICY

Hi there! We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. With that said, please understand that we are a made to order business, which means as soon as you place your order, we will get to work producing it for you and for that reason, full refunds and exchanges are only guaranteed in the case of damaged goods.

 
Order cancellation :

If you would like to cancel or make any amendments to your order, you will need to do so within 24 hours. This is due to all our clothing being custom made and the production of orders begins after 24 hours.



Defective items :

Please email a photo evidence to salmgraphics@proton.me within 7 days of receiving your items. Once your items have been approved as defective, there are two routes you can choose from :

1. Full refund (including the original shipping cost)
2. Exchange (we will cover the shipping cost to send new items)

In both cases, you can keep the defective items you received. 


Refund request due to other reasons :

If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, and would like to return it, kindly send us an email at salmgraphics@proton.me. Please note that all our products are CUSTOM MADE and our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot assist you.


***Products must be unused and in a brand new condition. If the product is used, washed or damaged, we will not accept it back. This includes visible signs of use including stains, perfume, scents, etc.

Since the return is not due to an error of ours, the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs. Original shipping and return charges will not be refunded.

Include a Printed copy of your Order confirmation or your packing slip in your return package that lists your items that were ordered.
